When you click on a gift item to view its description, you have the option to “Choose This Gift” or “Add to Favorites”. “Add to Favorites” will store the gift in your wish list for later reference. “Choose This Gift” will take you to your gift cart to confirm the order. Click “Check Out” to proceed. On the next page, enter your personal information and delivery address, and then click “Place Order” to complete the order. Add your email address in the field provided if you would like to receive electronic confirmation.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and are shipped via UPS to the address you provide. Standard delivery time is 3-5 days, depending on the location of the shipping address.
Yes! After you place your order, you will be given instructions to access GiftNET Track, where you can view your shipment’s status along with your personal order history.

You are protected by a “no questions asked” return policy. As long as the gift is returned within 90 days in resalable condition, you can get a replacement or make a different selection from the appropriate gift catalog, and we’ll cover the shipping costs.
